Shopping recommendations for the Winter Sales

Conveniently close to L'Interlude Hotel can be found all the charm and style of Bercy Village. This former wine warehouse district was completely renovated not long ago and is now an open air shopping centre that is compact, attractive and filled with restaurants, entertainment facilities and, of course, plenty of great shops. It’s all to be discovered in just a ten minute journey by Metro or taxi from our hotel.

If you’re looking for a super-fashionable street offering brand fashion outlets, designer stores and fascinating little independent shops, the Rue de Rivoli may be able to supply all of your bargain hunting requirements. The section of this long street that is close to the Louvre and Tuileries Garden offers a wide range of Paris souvenirs and is great for finding gift ideas.

Currently undergoing renovations, but still very much open for business is the Forum des Halles. There was a food market on this spot for the best part of a millennium, but now it is the location for one of the most popular shopping malls in Paris. Here you’ll find some great bargains and famous names such as H&M, Swatch, Gap, FNAC, Sephora and much more.

Finally, no Paris Winter Sales adventure would be complete without a visit to the great department stores, with their amazing array of exclusive goods and beautiful architecture.
